Check-out Procedures

Place all used towels/washclothes/hand towels in the laundry room baskets

Gather all trash in provided bags and take to the bear-proof dumpster outside and place in any of the three trashcans INSIDE. Not in neighbors cans!

Please turn off all lights and tvs

Keep remotes next to their associated tvs

Please make sure all deck doors are locked (3) and front door locked on your way out (push the Yale button after closing door tight & test)

THERMOSTAT
Summer:set to Cool and at 75 degrees on each of the 3 thermostats
Winter:set to Heat and 65 degrees on each of the 3 thermostats

Cover hot tub and snap shut (bears could enter if left open!)
-Place last remaining dirty dishes in dishwasher and START it!
-Check for any belongings left behind
-Accidents happen. Please let us know if anything breaks so we can prepare to repair or replace as soon as possible. Thank you.
