**House Rules:**Remember this is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed inside or within the vicinity of the house

No pets allowed (reasonable accommodations for service animals)

No EVENTS ALLOWED

QUIET HOURS 11pm-7am

No Commercial photography and filiming allowed

Number of Guests shall not exceed 24

Must be 25 years old to book unless you have already booked and been approved prior to 2/11/25.

-WITHIN 3 HOURS OF ARRIVAL: if you find any issues with cleanliness or broken objects please send message and pictures within 3 hours of arrival.

-NO SMOKING IN OR ON PREMISE=$250 additional cleaning fine

--IF EXTRA CLEANING TIME IS REQUIRED BEYOND WHAT IS USUAL AND CUSTOMARY AFTER CHECKOUT=an additional cleaning fee will be charged

-No food or beverages in the hot tub. Do not add additional water to the hot tub. If there are any issues or maintenance needs PLEASE message so we can send someone to check it out.

-Do not put thermostats below 68 degrees!

-Main living room light-Please use remote hanging on wall near main entry door instead of light switches and immediately put remote back on wall please!

-No trash shall be thrown over the deck! Additional fees will be applied for cleanup efforts.

-No trash shall be put in neighbors' trashcans! Please let us know if you have additional trash that doesn't fit in bear proof bins outside. For longer stays we may need to make a 'trash run' in the middle of your stay.

- Every time you are leaving the premise please close the door fully and press the Yale button to lock. (The door may require an additional tug to fully close.)

-Blue towels in basket are for the hot tub. Please dry off fully prior to entering the home. Please do not sit on furniture if you are wet.

-No sitting or standing on the pool table. No drinks or food shall be laid on the pool table. Please use the adjacent bar area for food and beverages.

-Please do not track mud or dirt throughout the home. Taking your shoes off upon entering will help keep our cleaning fees down and prevent you from damaging the property.

-Do not leave Washer/Dryer or Oven on if you will not be at the home.

-Please keep each Roku Remote with the TV it is associated with. Don't move remotes to other rooms. There are 9 total TVs in the home. If one is missing feel free to download the Roku or Roku Remote app to use as a remote from your phone with the tvs!

-Please respect our property! We love having guests use our property and hope you are blessed by this home!
